• Noise & disturbances: Keep noise levels reasonable, especially between 10 pm and 7 am; no loud parties or events.
• Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Designated smoking areas are available outdoors.
• Chewing tobacco: Strictly prohibited with no exceptions.
• Pets : Pets are allowed on the property.

• Collected in addition to the standard security deposit.

• • Pets are not allowed in the pool – A care charge of ₹10,000 will apply if this is overlooked.
• • Clean-up is your responsibility – Please pick up after your pets.
• • Damages, if any, will be charged at actuals.

• Occupancy: Follow maximum occupancy limits. Additional guests need prior approval.
